THE RESERVATION WILL BE CONFIRMED ONLY AFTER THE PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT (30% OF THE ACCOMODATION RATE). YOU'LL RECEIVE AN EMAIL.

• Children younger than age 1 year are not considered an extra-guest (free of charge)
• In the accomodation rate are inclusive: the final cleaning of the house, the bed linen and towels. Bed sheets and towels will be changed every 7 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If the customer cancels their booking 60 days before, it will be returned 90% of the deposit
• If the customer cancels their booking 30-60 days before. it will be returned 40% of the deposit
• In case of cancellation 30 or less days to the beginning, it will be charged the whole amount of the deposit.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Pet are not allowed in the rental apartment
• It's not permitted smooking inside the house
• All radios, television sets or item wich may cause noise must be turned down to a level of sound that does not annoy with other residents
• Proprietor will not be responsible for valuation left in the department
• Check-in starting from 14.00 p.m. and check-out at 10.00 a.m.
